Non-Plant Item Return Policy
Returns and exchanges of non-plant items ordered through our online store are accepted within 30 days of customer receipt, with a valid proof of purchase is provided, and the items are returned in good condition (unused, un-scuffed and unwashed). Expendable materials such as potting soils, drainage, plant sprays, fertilizers etc. may be returned in unopened packaging only. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Floor Plant Return Policy
All floor plants (10″ nursery pots and above) are final sale only. We only send out plants that are representative of the photography on the site, and are confident you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, if your plant arrives damaged contact us within 24 hours to initiate a replacement or refund. If you are dissatisfied for any other reason such as plant size or shape, you are eligible for a swap of the same item within the 24 hour window.

All of our small plants (8″ nursery pots and below) are covered under our 30 Day Plant Guarantee. If the plant’s health declines beyond repair within 30 days, we will provide a replacement. Please reach out for care assistance at the first sign of plant health decline.
